Inclusive Worship

Accessibility at Madonna Ministry

We are committed to ensuring that everyone can worship with us — whatever their needs.

Step-Free Access

The main church entrance has a level threshold and ramped side access. All worship spaces are step-free. An accessible toilet is located in the church porch.

Induction Loop

A full hearing loop (induction loop) system is installed throughout the church. Switch your hearing aid to the 'T' setting. Loop receivers are available from the welcomers.

Large Print

Large print order of service booklets and Mass sheets are available from the welcomers. Please ask at the door.

Reserved Seating

A reserved accessible seating area is at the front-left of the nave, with space for wheelchairs alongside family members. Please speak to a welcomer on arrival.

Languages

Our congregation reflects the beautiful diversity of the Catholic Church. Sunday Mass at 11:00 am includes a particular welcome for our Filipino, Polish, and African communities.

Sensory Needs

We warmly welcome children and adults with sensory needs. A quiet space is available at the back of the church. Please speak to a welcomer for assistance.

If you have a specific accessibility requirement that is not mentioned here, please contact the parish office before your visit and we will do our best to accommodate you. office@madonnaministry.org.uk
